Monthly unit fee	US$33 per Akar unit per month, covering maintenance, seedlings and nutrition
Profit sharing	40% to Akar on produce from the unit that is sold on to customers
Self-consumption	Charged per plant hole, from as low as US$0.50
Minimum rental	6 months
